Responsibilities

  • Consultative Approach: Leverages data to solve client problems; identify trends and patterns; provide actionable insights and recommendations to decision-makers in order to influence strategy and performance
  • Analytics Expertise: Develops a deep understanding of research and data practices across the digital ecosystem (social, search, website, etc.); analyze complex business problems using data from primary and secondary sources; review both quantitative and qualitative data in establishing analytical frameworks; monitor analytic data tools for ongoing evolution and recommendations.
  • Data Entry: Use expertise to methodically complete and analyze clients’ CSR.
  • Collaborative Partner: Works closely with various team members across the agency; create presentations decks for internal and external stakeholders, which showcase

Required Skills / Experience

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Background in qualitative research, marketing analytics/science a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics with direct experience working with online platforms like Google Analytics, HotJar, Talkwalker, Qualtrics, etc.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Basic understating of statistical testing methods
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, charts, functions, vba modeling
  • Attention to detail
  • Insatiable curiosity, bold creativity and a willingness to approach projects in new ways
