Overview

Across its ever expanding business, Facebook’s continuous growth presents continuous challenges in meeting the demands of essential audiences, as well as on internal resources to design and build products. In 2017 we began consulting with the newsroom group to come up with a better way to reach and engage the media. This has led to increasing responsibilities within the company, including helping to launch a new Facebook corporate brand website in 2019, and then building a new platform again with the evolution of the brand to Meta. Throughout the engagement there remains a constant requirement to improve communications and outreach, managing transitions, integrations and ensuring a strong digital presence that provides best in class experience and supports cross company initiatives.

Approach

With each build, we did extensive research into user experience, ease of use and responsiveness of the platform. Our team worked closely with internal teams and other third parties to ensure the products we optimized, secure and easy to build upon. In addition, we created analytics dashboards to monitor behavioral and contextual effectiveness to inform ongoing change dynamics.
