As an lnternal Communications Lead at Hot Paper Lantern, this is what we expect:

- 5-7 years of experience in a related field (Communications, Employee Engagement, HR).
- Strong knowledge of internal communication best practices, strategies, and tactics.
- Ability to balance multiple competing directions and manage multiple projects successfully.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, able to capture many different brand voices and styles.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically and turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.
- Proactive, efficient, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation based on work arrangement (see below), ranges are:
Work arrangement: This role can be structured as part-time (for example, three to four days per week), or ongoing consulting, depending on the candidate and business needs. Compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
