Making Performance Reviews More Equitable

Our SVP of People & Operations, Carol Dasaro, recently lent her expertise in a Forbes article about end-of-year performance reviews. Particularly, her advice was for managers to use performance reviews to solicit feedback on their own working style.

“At the start of the conversation, tell your direct report you know some of what they say might be hard for you to hear—but your goal is to listen and understand,” she said.
